2015年FT全球MBA排行榜出炉

在英国《金融时报》公布的2015年度全球全职MBA课程百强排行榜上，哈佛商学院(HBS)蝉联冠军宝座，击败了伦敦商学院(LBS)和宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院(Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania)的挑战。伦敦商学院和沃顿商学院分列第二和第三位。去年排名第二的斯坦福大学商学院(Stanford Graduate School of Business)今年和欧洲工商管理学院(Insead)并列第四。

此次排名建立在对各商学院及其2011年毕业校友的调查基础之上。MBA课程根据校友的职业发展、学院创意产生和师生的多样性进行评估。

2015年FT全球MBA排行榜出炉

这是哈佛商学院第六次荣登榜首，也是连续第三年蝉联冠军。该学院的校友在毕业3年后的平均薪资排名位居第一，达到17.991万美元(加权以后)，几乎是他们未攻读MBA之前薪资的两倍。哈佛在校友的职业发展方面也位居前列，其MBA课程最受其他院校毕业生的大力推荐。该学院在研究和博士课程领域位居第二。

哈佛商学院的校友们提到了该学院声誉的影响。一位毕业生写道：“哈佛商学院打开了许多扇门，人们几乎毫无理性地愿意聘用我。”毕业生们还能够依靠该学院庞大而活跃的校友人脉。另一位毕业生表示：“校友们非常愿意抽时间和我们交流。所有人都会和你见面喝杯咖啡，分享见解、建议和介绍。”

新上榜商学院中排名最高的是美国圣地亚哥大学工商管理学院(University of San Diego School of Business Administration)，排名第66位。2015年榜单上还有另外9家商学院去年没有上榜，包括安大略省的女王商学院(Queen's School of Business)，该校上一次跻身于英国《金融时报》MBA百强排行榜是在2006年。中国的复旦大学管理学院(Fudan University School of Management)和英国的兰卡斯特管理学院(Lancaster University Management School)的排名上升最快，分别蹿升28名和27名，至第55位和第50位。

学员们攻读MBA的主要动机是增加收入、学习综合管理和拓展人脉。大约95%的学员在毕业3年后实现了他们的目标。校友毕业3年后的平均薪资是13.3万美元，较攻读MBA之前增加93%。在2011年完成MBA学业的学员当中，约有89%在毕业三个月内收到了录用通知，平均薪资是10.8万美元。
